How it works
From empty workspace to calm weeks.
Here is the path most teams follow, from the first five minutes to the weekly invoice.
Create your organization
The first person sets up the company profile — name, logo, contact details, time zone and currency — and picks a task ID prefix such as LF-128.
Add Hubs and Projects
Make a Hub for each team, product or client. Start from a template with a ready workflow, or define your own statuses and custom fields.
Bring your work and tools
Import tasks from ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Excel or Google Sheets. Connect Google Calendar, Slack or Teams, and attach Google Drive or Dropbox files to tasks.
Invite your team
Send invites by email. Each person gets a role — admin, member, limited member or guest — and sets up their own profile and notifications.
Plan and do the work
Break work into tasks and subtasks with owners, dates and priorities, plan cycles and repeating work, and let automations handle routine steps. Each morning “Your day” says what to do first. Start a timer on whatever you are working on.
Talk and meet
Discuss in task comments and channels. When talking is faster, start a video call from the task — turn on Transcribe and the notes and action items are written for you.
Approve, report and bill
Share work for approval (clients use their own portal). Timesheets are approved weekly; objectives and reports show progress; approved hours become invoices in a few clicks.
Everyone in their place
What each person sees.
Team members
See their tasks for today in Home and My tasks, run timers, comment, chat and join calls.
Leads
Plan on the Gantt and Capacity views, approve timesheets, watch budgets on reports.
Admins
Manage the company profile, members, roles, rates, templates, trash and the audit log.
Clients (guests)
Sign in to a separate portal to follow progress, comment on files, approve and send requests.
